“Step out of your comfort zone.” Great advice. However, some days, to nourish ourselves,(we need to sit (or snuggle up) in our comfort zones.
Sometimes, it is the best place to understand ourselves, our dreams, and our current circumstances. Sometimes it is the best place to cultivate solutions and generate gratitude. Sometimes, it is the best place to design plans to guide us when we do step out of our comfort zones.
Don’t allow anyone to make you feel guilty for staying in our comfort zone, when you believe it is the best place for you to be at any given time. It’s your comfort zone, so you get to choose when to leave and when to stay..
